Mystic Swaz: SF'S, 3-4 May

Champions League tension will be sky high over the next two nights – as we wait with bated breath to see if Swaz has got his predictions right

Villarreal v Liverpool

Liverpool are going to win – they absolutely popped them in the first leg, didn’t they? And Villarreal aren’t going to be able to put three past them without conceding. I do think the home team will score but even if they score first, they’ll then get a bit of hope and Liverpool will just do them. Though they should have scored so many against Newcastle at the weekend and they kept fluffing their lines. But I think this one will be pretty straightforward. It’s the Champions League and Liverpool, isn’t it? They’ll probably score three.

Prediction: 1-3

Real Madrid v Manchester City

I’ve got a feeling City aren’t going to beat them. Real Madrid, Bernabéu, Champions League semi-final? And Karim Benzema, of course. Although all I’m saying is, is he better than Harry Kane? Anyway, I don’t know what to do with this scoreline! It won’t be another big-scoring game, because Pep will have learnt his lesson. Is he going to put Fernandinho on Vini Jr again? Probably not. I’m going for a draw. And I’m predicting that Real Madrid will miss a penalty in the 93minute. Ederson gets sent off, Kyle Walker comes off the bench to go in goal and saves a penalty taken by Thibaut Courtois. Imagine if that comes through!

Prediction: 2-2

26-27 April: round-up

Result Swaz

Manchester City v Real Madrid 4-3 2-0

Liverpool v Villarreal 2-0 3-0

Come on, I got both results right, just not the scores. The annoying thing is, I said 2-0 Liverpool and then I changed my mind, didn’t I? And I mean, if anyone predicted that City v Real score, they need to be checked out because that’s atrocious.
